Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ReturnFlowHQ ("ReturnFlow," "we," "us") — an AI-assisted SMS marketing platform for franchise and multi-location operators. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service description

ReturnFlow provides SMS campaign generation, delivery, analytics, and Square POS integration for business customers. You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to contact the customers you upload or sync into the platform.

2. Account & eligibility

You must provide accurate business information, maintain the security of your login credentials, and promptly notify us of unauthorized access. You represent that you are authorized to bind the business entity on whose behalf you register.

3. SMS compliance

You agree to comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), applicable state laws, carrier requirements (including A2P 10DLC registration), and our messaging policies. This includes honoring STOP/HELP requests, sending only during permitted hours, and including required disclosures in marketing messages.

4. Fees & billing

ReturnFlow operates on pay-as-you-go messaging fees unless otherwise agreed in writing. You authorize us to charge your payment method for messages sent and any applicable platform fees. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in your agreement.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use ReturnFlow to send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or prohibited content; to contact numbers without consent; to resell access without authorization; or to interfere with platform security or other customers.

6. Data & integrations

You grant ReturnFlow permission to process customer and transaction data you provide or authorize via Square OAuth solely to deliver the service. Our use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. ReturnFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate with notice as specified in your order or account settings. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for material breach, compliance risk, or non-payment.
